Submit a Ticket

We are making some changes to the way support tickets are handled. You will no longer need to send in an email. We are going to a Question & Answer system. That means you do not have to wonder if we received your questions, and we do not have to wonder if our responses arrived to your inbox. You will also be able to browse previously asked questions to find your answers without having to submit a ticket. I’m excited for this new change and thank you for being patient while I implement it on the site.
